Our family home...
Since 1982 we live at the address Thorbeckestraat 33. In the summer sun, beach and sea and in the winter its rough days and wintersun, always a pleasure to stroll at the beach no matter what's the weather likes.
Zandvoort on the beach is beach resort number one in the Netherlands and has in the summer about 25 beach-restaurants.
From the south of Zandvoort you can walk to the south of Noordwijk and to the north of IJmuiden with his fishing-harbour. With nice fish-restaurants with a view on the ships, they also going to England.
In north of Zandvoort is the racing circuit. In the summer time lots off races take place like the Marlboro masters and DTM.
Geographically, the house lies perfect, with it's backside at east and front west. Both apartments have sea view. Just across the street is the beach and only a minute away the centre of the village.
The casino is at 300 meters and the trainstation is a simple 8 minutes walk. To keep it short Zandvoort is the perfect place to explore the Netherlands, with his centrale location and all of this combined with the pleasures of the beach and the sea.
